In light of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) threat, we want to give our clients and business partners some insight into the steps that Formby Law Limited are taking, to ensure that service to our clients is maintained. Our priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our employees, clients and business partners, by applying the recommended health and hygiene practices to all our activities. In order to help further reduce the risk of spreading the virus in the community, we are limiting employee travel. Therefore, we are encouraging our experts to hold meetings remotely where possible. These will be conducted online or by telephone, where practical for the foreseeable future.
Zoom meetings for clients who cannot get to the Office or who do not need to attend in person will be able to discuss all aspects of our business.
We would like to reassure all our clients and business partners that we are taking measures to minimise disruption to our service, ensure continued access to the market and provide a smooth process at all stages of the customer journey. We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our approach accordingly.

Coronavirus update: Formby Law Limited is continuing to monitor the developing situation. We can reassure you that we are taking all reasonable steps to maintain our usual level of service. We will update you if the situation changes and we will make every effort to avoid any disruption. We are also enabled to work from home, ensuring that service levels will be maintained should a temporary office closure be required. Hardware, software and communications channels are already in place for such an eventuality.
We would encourage all clients to contact us via email or telephone, rather than visit our offices.
Client meetings will still go ahead where alternative arrangements are not possible. However if you plan to visit us, please do tell us if within the last 14 days you have either travelled from an affected area (see list of countries below*) or, to the best of your knowledge, come into contact with someone who has been tested for the virus or is symptomatic.
We follow government guidelines on protecting ourselves and others and our staff will self-isolate if there is any cause for concern. We will not take avoidable risks.
We hope that you appreciate these precautionary measures and thank you for your cooperation.
